Infill basics
Some Calgary inner-city communities have R-C2 zoning, meaning the property can be redeveloped from a single-family home (usually a bungalow) into one or two modern houses. You can build two detached houses or two attached homes, depending on the size of the lot. Some popular communities with R-C2 zoning includes Altadore/River Park, Killarney, Capitol Hill and Tuxedo Park
