Home Listings by City Quadrant
Calgary is divided into four quadrants: Southwest, Northwest, Southeast and Northwest. The dividing line between the east and west quadrants is Centre Street and Macleod Trail, and the dividing line between the north and south quadrants is Memorial Drive and the Bow River.
The Southwest quadrant has the oldest neighbourhoods and is typically the most expensive, especially the inner city communities. Home to the University of Calgary, SAIT and many residential communities, the Northwest quadrant is the second most popular. The Southeast is newer and features many lovely lake communities. And last but not least, the Northeast quadrant has many new communities and excellent C-Train access to downtown.
Explore the communities in each quadrant and read a detailed description of the amenities and features of each region. They are all unique and feature properties diverse in price, style and size.
