Saddle Ridge is located in Calgary’s northeast corner. It is to the west of the Calgary International Airport and can be easily access by car or transit. The neighbourhood was once comprised of many large acreages, but it was developed into a thriving urban community in the late 1990s. Today Saddle Ridge is known for its excellent transit access and family-friendly feeling.

The NE Calgary neighbourhood is located north of 80 Avenue North, west of Metis Trail and west of Stoney Trail. All of those roads offer quick access into the community. The Calgary Transit NE LRT line runs directly into Saddle Ridge, offering direct access to downtown Calgary and the western side of the city. With one connection, transit users can travel all the way to the deep south or up towards the northwest.

Saddle Ridge real estate features a variety of modern styles in an equally wide range of sizes. From condos to single-family homes, Saddle Ridge has homes for sale for everyone. Some Saddle Ridge homes surround the small lakes while others back onto parks. All of the homes in the community are within walking distance of the LRT station.
