The Calgary City Centre region includes downtown and the surrounding communities. This includes downtown, the Beltline and communities with mixture of condos, townhomes and single-family houses.
Calgary City Centre includes communities with many condos and multi-unit houses. If you’re interested in communities with a higher density, have a look at downtown, the East Village, the Beltline, Mission, Inglewood and Kensington (in Hillhurst). Communities that are a bit further away from downtown have more single family homes, but townhomes and small condos are still popular.
The best part of City Centre Calgary is the convenience to downtown and major roadways. All communities are a short commute to downtown, and Calgary Transit serves all neighbourhoods with buses and light-rail trains.
