Real Estate in the Beltline
The Beltline consists mainly of apartment-style condos, ranging from low-rise to high-rise and from old to new. Townhouses are also available, but there are fewer of them. Some newer high-rises include Alura, Sasso, Mark on 10th, Luna, Stella, Nova, Arriva and Keynote. Among the older apartment buildings are the Hudson, built in 1909, and Lewis Lofts, built in 1911.
Location and amenities
The Beltline is located on the southern edge of downtown. Previously known as Connaught and Victoria Park, these two communities merged into the Beltline in 2003. The community offers a wide variety of offices, restaurants, shops and nightlife.
The Saddledome hosts the Calgary Flames and large concerts. Additionally, the Calgary Stampede grounds are part of the Beltline. Two of Calgary’s most popular walkable areas are 17th Avenue South and 4 Street West.

Transportation around
