Crescent Heights is a popular walkable community. It is an older community and offers a variety of modern style homes and old century homes. Crescent Heights’ inner city location, just north of downtown makes it possible to walk to downtown. It is located on a hill that rises up from the Bow River Valley, offering nice views. Crescent Road is a popular spot to enjoy views of the city in the daytime and nighttime, and properties along this road are highly valued for their amazing sights of downtown. East of the community is 4 Street, while west is Edmonton Trail. Centre Street divides this community into two quadrants, the NE and NW.
