On the eastern edge of downtown Calgary is the community of Ramsay. It is along the eastern banks of the Elbow River, right before the river converges with the Bow River. Ramsay extends to 11 Street SE, and it goes south to 24 Avenue SE. The communities nearby are Inglewood, the East Village and the Beltline.

With development dating back to the late 1800s, Ramsay is an old community full of character and style. There has been lots of new developments in the community, including modern homes and condos. Ramsay real estate features a wide variety of property types and is popular for Calgarians seeking a quiet community nearby downtown and transit options.
