Confederation Park is a long park that extends from the Queen’s Park Cemetery to the Confederation Golf Course. On the northern border of the park is Rosemont. The NW community extends from the park to Northmount Drive, and it is in between 10 Street West and 14 Street West. With few through-roads in the community, Rosemont is a quiet neighbourhood with all residential propeties.
Rosemont real estate includes mostly detached houses. The properties on the southern edge line Confederation Park and have amazing views of the park and downtown. Houses on Roselawn Crescent look out on endless trees and grassy parks. There are a few smaller condo complexes in the northern side of the community, near Northmount Drive.
