The SW Calgary community of Eau Claire is nestled within the Bow River as it flows past downtown. Eau Claire is bounded by the river on the northern and western edges, and by 3 Avenue South and 2 Street West. Beside Eau Claire is downtown and across the Bow River is the community of Sunnyside, which is home to a variety of condos also.

Pathways along the Bow River travel all the way to the west and south ends of the city.

There is a unique shopping market in Eau Claire that is home to local vendors, organizations and a movie theatre.

A few Eau Claire properties include Princeton Hall and Princeton Grand on Princeton Way, Liberte and Prince’s Cross on 3 Avenue South, Eau Claire Estates and Prince’s Island Estates on Eau Claire Avenue and Point On The Bow and The Lookout on 2 Avenue South.
